All orders placed on the site are subject to these general conditions of sale. Lunélya reserves the right to adapt or modify the general conditions of sale at any time, so it is necessary that they be re-read each time you visit the site. The version applicable to any transaction is that appearing online on the site www.lunelya.fr at the time of the order. We consider that by validating your order, you unreservedly accept our general conditions of sale after having read them.
Lunélya undertakes to respect all the provisions of the Consumer Code relating to distance selling.
The customer
The Customer declares to be a natural person, aged at least 18 years old and to have the legal capacity or to hold parental authorization allowing them to place an order on the site.
When recording the Customer's personal data in the “my account” section, the latter must ensure the accuracy and completeness of the mandatory data they provide. In the event of an error in the wording of the recipient's contact details, Lunélya cannot be held responsible for the impossibility of delivering the product. Lunélya reserves the right to cancel any order when the customer's IP address is domiciled in a country different from the billing and/or delivery address.
Items and product availability
All creations are made to order and handmade in France.
If a product is unavailable after validation of your order, we undertake to contact you within 7 days and tell you whether this product will be available soon or permanently out of stock. In this case, the refund will be made with the same payment method as your order.
After placing an order, Lunélya will acknowledge receipt by sending you an order confirmation email including the summary of your order as well as its number.
Order
Taking an order on the site is subject to compliance with the procedure set up by Lunélya represented by a succession of steps that the Customer must follow to validate their order. The customer will have the possibility, before definitively validating his order, to check the details of it and its total price, and to correct any errors, in particular in terms of his delivery address, before confirming this for express acceptance. Any order confirmed by the Customer constitutes a sales contract and acceptance of these conditions.
Lunélya will refuse any order from a customer with whom there is a dispute or an incident relating to the payment of a previous order or who contravenes the provisions hereof.
In this case, Lunélya will inform the Customer by email. If the customer fails to correct elements that are erroneous or contrary to these general conditions of sale, Lunélya reserves the right not to process the order.
Lunélya undertakes to send a confirmation e-mail summarizing the order (products, price, quantity, discounts, etc.) to the address provided when ordering. To this end, the Customer formally accepts the use of email for confirmation of the content of his order.
Payment terms
Payment for an order is made in euros by credit card via Paypal or Shopify Payments. The publisher of this site does not have access to any data relating to the user's payment methods. Payment is made directly into the hands of the banking institution.
When placing your order, you do not have to create a customer area, the information provided when validating your order will be that used for sending your package.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days, then shipped by mail. You therefore have an internet tracking code that you will receive by email. The delivery time of the carrier (La Poste) is 48 to 72 hours.
Lunélya cannot be held responsible for delays, damage or losses due to the carrier. A refund will therefore not be possible.
The products are delivered to the delivery address you provided to us during the ordering process. In the event of a package not received, the customer will then have to contact the postal services to open an investigation.
Returns and Exchanges
In accordance with article L.121-20 et seq. of the Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 working days from the date of delivery of your order, to return any item that does not suit you, in its original condition. original and new packaging, suitable for its remarketing and request an exchange or refund at no cost, with the exception of return shipping costs which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Custom-made or personalized designs are neither exchangeable nor refundable.
Upon receipt, we will reimburse or exchange, according to your request, the amount paid for the acquisition of the item excluding shipping costs directly to your account used during the purchase (bank or Paypal).

The items will be checked upon receipt, they must be returned in their original condition, with their packaging, and not have been used.
It is advisable to return the item(s) with tracking (Colissimo) and to protect them well against any shock linked to transport.
Personal data
In accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have at any time a right of access, opposition, rectification, or deletion of your personal data concerning you held by Lunélya, by writing by mail and providing proof of your identity.
Intellectual property
All elements, texts, images, articles, brands, models, photographs, etc. appearing on the site www.lunelya.fr are the exclusive property of the Lunélya brand. Any reproduction is strictly prohibited and may be sanctioned under Intellectual Property.
